THE WORLD’S GREATEST PLACES OF 2022 : અમદાવાદ અને કેરળ ઉપરાંત ક્યા ક્યા સ્થળો છે લિસ્ટમાં?

‘ટાઈમ’ મેગેઝિનને 2022ના જોવા જેવા સર્વોત્તમ સ્થળોનું લિસ્ટ તૈયાર કર્યું છે. એ તમામ 50 સ્થળોની યાદી..

અમદાવાદ અને કેરળ બન્નેને ગ્રેટેસ્ટ પ્લેસ ટુ એક્સપ્લોર 2022ના લિસ્ટમાં અમેરિકાના પ્રતિષ્ઠિત ટાઈમ મેગેઝિને સમાવેશ કર્યો છે. અમદાવાદને ટાઈમ મેગેઝિને ઈતિહાસ અને આધુનિકતાનો સંગમ ગણાવ્યું છે. અમદાવાદમાં નવા ખુલ્લા મુકાયેલા સાયન્સ સિટીનો ખાસ ઉલ્લેખ કર્યો છે. કેમ કે ત્યાં જ્ઞાન સાથે ગમ્મતની સુવિધા ઉભી કરવામાં આવી છે. તો કેરળને ઈકો ટુરિઝમ માટે વખાણ્યું છે. આમ પણ કેરળ વર્ષોથી ટુરિઝમ સેક્ટરમાં દબદબો ભોગવે છે.

આ સ્થળોમાં ઘણા એવા છે, જે પહેલેથી જ પ્રવાસીઓમાં પ્રિય છે. જેમ કે બાલી, ગાલાપાગોસ ટાપુ, ઈસ્ટર ટાપુ, સ્કોટલેન્ડ, ભુતાન, ઉઝબેકિસ્તાન, સાઓ પાઉલો.. વગેરે. પરંતુ આ બધા સ્થળોએ નવાં નવાં આકર્ષણો શું ઉમેરાયા એ વિગતો નોંધવામાં આવી છે.

સૌથી મહત્વનું સ્થળ હોય તો એ છે ઈન્ટરનેશનલ સ્પેસ સ્ટેશન. સ્પેસ સ્ટેશન ધરતી પર નથી, કોઈ દેશમાં નથી. એ તો ધરતીથી 500 કિલોમીટરની ઊંચાઈ પર અવકાશમાં ઘૂમે છે. એક સમયે અવકાશયાત્રા કલ્પનામાં જ હતી. પછી અવકાશયાત્રાઓ વિજ્ઞાનીઓ માટે સુલભ બની. હવે અવકાશયાત્રા ધનપતિઓ પણ કરી શકે છે. ખાસ્સી એવી રકમ ખર્ચવાની ત્રેવડ હોય તો ઈન્ટરનેશનલ સ્પેસ સ્ટેશનમાં જઈ શકાય છે.
